1. 60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable

Please do not send any item back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lunoranest.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue promptly and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, including change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All approved returns must be shipped using the instructions provided by us. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit if our approved return process is not followed.


7. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.


8. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
